  • I was BrewDog's First Marketing Employee

    I spent 12 years at one of the UK's fastest growing businesses, BrewDog. I led teams, directed strategy, PR, social and more, grew the brand, and strapped myself in to a craft beer rocket ship!

  • Fractional CMO for MAAREE sports bras

    Supporting this brilliant brand to improve the impact of paid social, maximise the value of influencers & ambassadors, deep-dive into our customer-base, distill insights about the brand & culture, and articulate their brand strategy, marketing approach and brand plans for future growth.

  • Advised on the launch of FRANK snack bars

    Pre-launch, I worked with FRANK’s founder to help shape this protein-rich savoury snack bar brand. From positioning, audience and brand identity to PR, messaging and investor pitching.

  • I raised £100million via crowdfunding

    From 2014, I led BrewDog’s crowdfunding efforts, raising £100m from 200,000 retail investors via BrewDog's record-breaking Equity for Punks crowdfunding programme. I built the strategy, directed platform creation, designed the offer and drove investment.

    I now advise other brands crowdfunding on existing platforms.

  • I ran a cidery

    I grew Hawkes 14% in 12 months, rebranded the business, and launched new core product, Pineapple Punch. Delicious!

  • I run a weekly creative nano-workshop
